   • Once the order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

2. After Dispatch

   • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may still use our 7-Day Easy Return Policy once you receive the product.

3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

   • If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Store Rights

   • SneakersPlug reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
