• We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We partner with trusted courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-metro cities / remote areas: 5–10 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, strikes).

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email at info.sneakersplugindia@gmail.com.

• You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

• We will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Undelivered Orders

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).

• Currently, we only ship within India.
