• Unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests (from sealed package opening).

2. Share your order details, reason for return, and unboxing video.

6. Exchanges

• The fastest way to get an exchange is to initiate a return first (subject to approval).

• Once the returned item is received and verified, the exchange order will be dispatched promptly.

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
